Workshop Events

Our workshops recommence in December 2007. They are group therapy that takes the form of a one or two day workshop or weekly group of up to a ten week duration.

We offer a wide range of groups in order to meet particular needs, groups for women and men only as well as groups that are mixed. These groups offer a space to discuss and share experiences in a caring supportive enviroment. They are a powerful way to break silence and end isolation. All groups are facilitated and run by experienced therapists for varying time scales depending on the needs and the type of group.

If you are interested in these courses please email or call be put on a waiting list.
