The Helpline is able to give you up to 20 minutes in which to talk about issues which are causing you distress. They will listen to you empathically and without judgement and where appropriate will signpost you to other agencies who may be able to further support you. You will also be able to leave your details if you would like the counselling team to contact you to make an appointment for an assessment and subsequent counselling sessions.

TO REACH US BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT there are a number of routes as we are on a main road and are opposite
Catford Bus Garage and very near Bellingham overground railway station. We are also a short bus ride away from Lewisham DLR and overground. The bus stop directly outside our door is labelled "Bellingham Road"
